PNEUMA MASSAGE THERAPY offers a wide assortment of appointment options. If this is your first time to the clinic, the “Initial Assessment and Treatment” is the primary option. All appointments will contain some degree of follow-up and assessment and is included in the total appointment time.
Initial Assessment and Treatment
If this is your first time for a treatment with us, this is the option to choose. Includes ample time to go over consent and heath history, perform assessment, and treat. Typically the session time is minimum 1 hour to a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

45 Minute Appointment
Ideal appointment for more focused follow up treatments or maintenance. Includes brief follow up assessment and treatment. LESS THAN IDEAL for relaxation.

60 Minute Appointment
Most common appointment type. Ideal for maintenance, pregnancy and/or focused treatment on 1-2 primary areas. Includes follow-up assessment and treatment. Also suitable for partial or full body relaxation massage.

75 Minute Appointment
Ideal for maintenance and/or focused treatment on 1-2 primary areas. Includes follow up assessment and treatment. More than suitable for a full body relaxation massage.

90 Minute Relaxation Appointment
Relaxation and stress reduction is the sole focus of the appointment. Allows for an unhurried allotment of time to address the majority the body. Heath history and assessment is still performed but NO specific focal conditions will be treated.
