Payment
The two ways to settle your account balance is by billing your credit card (through our booking software) or by e-transfers.
Cash is only accepted on a case by case basis. No cash or coin will be kept on hand, therefore no change can be given. Please keep this in mind.
PNEUMA does not accept tips. We welcome donations for the food bank.
Direct Billing
PNEUMA direct bills to several of the main insurance companies. Please make sure to bring your insurance information to your first appointment so we can get this process setup for you.

If you don’t see your insurance company listed above, contact PNEUMA to see if we submit to the group you need.
Although we direct bill, unforeseen issues may arise with your claim (doctors referral needed, insurer won’t allow dual coverage, etc) and may need additional correspondence to correct the issue.
PLEASE NOTE: PNEUMA does not bill directly for or work with ICBC OR WCB claims. Although you may still utilize PNEUMA MASSAGE THERAPY, you may have issues (and likely be denied) submitting your bill to either of these companies. I would be glad to refer you to a clinic or therapist that does submit to these companies on your behalf.
